Welcome to the best of Lowcountry living. This handsome island home is located in the peaceful community of Sawgrass Bluff and comes with a 4-passenger golf cart for use during each stay. Savor an evening calming on the back screened-in porch overlooking the relaxing lagoon or take a dip in the neighborhood pool within walking distance! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has room for up to 6 guests. The open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen are ideal for family gatherings and spending time together watching movies, playing board games and cooking up the ideal “at home” meal. The vaulted ceilings and enormous windows make the spaces bright and airy with coastal touches throughout.
The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare fast snacks or gourmet meals. An adjacent wet bar offers more entertaining space. There is also plenty of island seating for breakfast and is ideal for the kids to help with the cooking.
The primary king includes a full ensuite bath for a comfortable, beautiful stay. Two additional bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath.
This property also has a side deck with marsh vistas and is close to the neighborhood pool. And don’t forget the charming beaches on Fripp. Appreciate the sea breezes and warm sand in the ultimate island hideaway. FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to savor any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
The garage is suitable for a modest boat.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
You will receive an e-mail with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.

- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
