This impressive island home is located 2nd row from the beach and has Ocean Point golf vistas from the back of the home.  With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there is room for up to 14 guests and everybody will adore the new private pool and outdoor living spaces.

The living room offers plenty of seating for family movie nights on the enormous screen TV.  An adjacent gaming table is great for puzzles and more.  A reading nook offers an additional spot to relax and catch up on your favorite beach novel or spy thriller.

This home’s kitchen has everything you need to make fast snacks or special occasion meals.  Take lunch out onto the porch or gather around the dining table with family and friends for making toasts and new memories.

Upstairs, two primary king ensuites each have a daybed with a trundle bed.  Two bedrooms are located downstairs.  One is a full ensuite and the other offers two queen beds; the bathroom for this room also has hall access.  Each bedroom has a intelligent TV.

Outdoor living here is simply the best!  Both a screened porch and sun deck offer great vistas of Ocean Point golf and the lower patio is ideal for dining alfresco with your favorite barbeque meals.  And of course, the pool is ideal for everybody in the group.  Plenty of chaise lounges are available for sunbathing and deep seating groups offer ideal relaxation.  Substantial cabana umbrellas provide just the right amount of shade.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and you will appreciate the herds of whitetail deer, island birds and so much more.  A 4-seater golf cart is supplied with your stay to take you to island amenities or a short ride over to Springtide for a snack.  Get ready for true island living!

Club cards are required to savor any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
