This 2BR/2BA villa, located on the 3rd floor, has marvelous marsh/tidal creek and sunset vistas!

Many upgrades include bamboo floor throughout the main living space, entry, and bedrooms. The interior is painted in great beachy colors. New linens and window treatments tie all the soft colors together! There are all new furnishings in this delightful, comfortable villa. Showcasing great vistas, and is just across the street from the beach! Beach Club Villa owners have their own private community dock. This unit is equipped with a Filtrete Merv 13 ultra-allergen a/c filter, which filters out viruses.

Each of the two bedrooms has a Queen bed and there is a Queen sleeper couch in the living room, comfortably accommodating 6 total people.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
