Million Dollar Oceanfront Home on Cul-de-Sac. This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home has elegant ocean vistas. With a wall of windows there are vistas from all parts of the home's living and sleeping spaces. There's a curved porch off living space with a propane grille and new high-end outdoor furnishings for entertaining, calming or just appreciating the peacefulness. There are numerous special seating rooms and covered porches to take in the serenity. Just steps away is the Pool, Beach Access, Ocean Point Golf Course and Ocean Point Grille. This home will comfortably accommodate 15 people and is now dog-friendly! The ideal vacation home for a whole family hideaway.

The first-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, fireplace and a freshly modernized 2024 en suite bath with a walk-in shower and tub. The second floor has two bedrooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms, along with an office and sitting space. The third floor, known as the Bunk Room, has three sets of bunk beds with full-size beds on the bottom of each (twins on top). This room is sizable and has an en suite bath, private deck, and an Xbox and Sony Play-station for entertainment. All bedrooms and living room have a Roku intelligent TV with your favorite streaming applications and high-speed wireless internet. This property is currently streaming only. The home has tasteful art pieces throughout and enormous windows in each bedroom overlooking the ocean. In the living room, the back wall has wide windows to allow for a great view of the ocean. Gorgeous wood floors throughout the home.

The View:
This Ocean Point Lane home is backed directly to the ocean, offering a expansive view of the Atlantic Ocean from ALL bedrooms. It is really one of the best vistas on the island.

A four-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (monthly units excluded). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the island's natural breathtaking beauty.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, six pickleball courts, eight tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.
