Welcome to 511 Sunsuite, a striking and conveniently located condo available for rent. Located on the 1st floor of the Sunsuite villas, this property offers a comfortable and fun living experience. Whether you're looking for a short stay or monthly units, this condo is the ideal choice. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy and well-designed space.
The condo features an open floor plan that maximizes the use of its 325 sqft size. The bedroom area includes a queen bed and twin bunk beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for individuals, couples, or a modest family. Unit has a modest refrigerator, dishwasher and one burner. It does not have a stove/oven.
One of the highlights of this property is its outdoor amenities. From tennis courts to fishing spots, there's something for everybody to appreciate. Stay active and fit at the exercise center or take advantage of the close by Ocean Point & Ocean Creek golf courses. If you prefer a more leisurely activity, bicycles are available to rent from Excursions.
The beach is just a boardwalk away, offering countless opportunities for relaxation and fun in the sun. Inside the condo, you'll find modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi and cable TV. Stay connected with friends and family or relax with your favorite shows after a day of exploring the island.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.
Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other spectacular wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

Located in Saint Helena Island, 511 Sunsuite - New to VRBO! Resort Access Included! is near the beach. Penn Center and York W. Bailey Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Hunting Island Lighthouse and Chapel of Ease.
