Sabal Serenity features a newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and has all the essential amenities such as a countertop ice maker, new refrigerator and a gas stove for your cooking enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king Sleep Number bed (the bed frame was replaced in February of 2025). The queen bedroom also has a Sleep Number bed for a customized great nighttime's sleep. All bedrooms and the living room come equipped with sizable Roku TVs and high-speed wireless internet for streaming your favorite shows. Every room has its own mini-split AC unit providing you with max. comfort according to your temperature preference (directions to help you use these units are on the pantry).
The master bedroom features a private en suite bathroom and huge windows overlooking the marsh. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room provide a comfortable ambiance throughout. The guest and double bedroom share a hallway bath. Gas grille on the back deck with a great view. Fripp is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to a large number of whitetail deer. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
Fripp Island is a gated island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all. With two championship golf courses, five swimming pools, 10 tennis courts and a three-and-a-half-mile beach, Fripp is an unspoiled treasure. The island has a full-service marina, with water sports units are available.

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural spectacular beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream!
