Nature enthusiasts will delight in the proximity to breathtaking walking and nature trails, while beach lovers will savor the convenience of a public beach less than a mile away. Additionally, within half a mile, you'll find a variety of amenities including coffee stores, eateries, and a brewery, ideal for indulging in local flavors.

Step outside to the broad deck complete with a propane grille and patio tables, ideal for appreciating outdoor meals and gatherings. The enormous fenced-in yard offers a safe space for family pets to roam freely, and a fire pit sets the stage for comfortable evenings under the stars.
