Fripp Beach Castle rests on a plush estate-sized half-acre lot that backs-up to protected marsh, making way for relaxing mornings and evenings on the back lanai sipping coffee or drinks. Peaceful yet convenient, FBC is a breathtaking three min. golf cart ride to sun-filled beaches, world-class golf courses, tennis courts, island pools and eateries.

Everything in Fripp Beach Castle has been thoughtfully placed, and labeled to help you find its proper place for organization & to help reserve the quailty of our home for future guests.
WiFi and Password is located in multiple places throughout FBC on a label :
1) T.V Stand - inside door
2) Bedroom 2 & 3 - inside closet doors
3) Primary Bedroom - left dresser back panel
4) Kitchen Window - clipboards
Please help us preserve the quality of FBC. After a day at the beach take the left paver pathway to the outdoor shower for a fast rinse. Enter through the man door. Drop sandy beach bags and shoes on the wire rack next to door. Hang beach towels and bathing suits on the hooks at bottom of stairs. Please remove bathing suits and shower off before sitting on furnishings; this is in rental agreement.

CARS & CARTS: Do not park cars in garage; Only Carts park in garage. Vehicles park in drive and 1 space out front of home at the end of the right side of driveway.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
You will receive an e-mail with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.

Located in Saint Helena Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Hunting Island Lighthouse and Chapel of Ease are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ocean Point Golf Course and Ocean Creek Golf Club.
