Head to the coast with family and friends and savor a calming hideaway in this huge Fripp Island home. This property offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with more than enough room for up to 12 guests. Two kitchens and two living rooms make it ideal for families traveling together.
The open-concept upper level offers refreshed finishes and 3 well-appointed guest suites, including an upsized primary with a enormous seating area. The living and dining rooms are cavernous and offer access to the huge back deck. From the kitchen and dining area, you can appreciate the sizable, updated screened porch with plenty of deep seating and a fire table.
The kitchen has everything you need for fast snacks or family dinners. Extra seating is available at the peninsula island. Updated with granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and even an additional ice maker, you’ll have everything you need during your stay.
The lower level also has an open-concept living and kitchen setup. The kitchen is complete with bar seating, full-size stainless appliances, including a dishwasher and plenty of storage. Sliding doors lead to the patios, ideal for morning coffee and alfresco dining.
There are laundry spaces on both the upper and lower levels.
An outdoor shower is ideal after a day at the beach, which is just a few mins.’ walk away. This 2nd row home offers a great location. When you’re ready to discover the island, there is a six-seater golf cart included with your stay. A seperate service area has been set aside in the garage for trash cans, making it neat and tidy.
FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities, and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
