This awe-inspiring five-bedroom Oceanside home is just a short walk away from Fripp's striking wide beach. Reverse floor plan to optimize the ocean vistas. Tasteful decor with an open, casual floor plan. An open kitchen with granite countertops and thoughtful touches makes this the ideal beach hideaway. The first floor offers additional living space with a comfortable den among cavernous bedrooms. This home is centrally located, just a golf cart ride away from Island Bites, the Sandbar, the Beach Club, pools, and much more. 723 Seahorse will comfortably accommodate 12.

The master bedroom has a king bed with 2 closets, a private bathroom, a tub, and a separate shower. On the 1st level are the rest of the bedrooms, 2 queen beds with a private bathroom, tub and a separate shower. The den has a twin daybed, and the 4th bedroom has a queen and shares a bathroom with the den. The 5th bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom. Features include a crow's nest with seating, a deck with a dinner table and additional seating, a sizable open living room and kitchen, 4 Intelligent TVs with your favorite streaming applications, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Covered porches along the first floor, and a full-size washer and dryer. Sizable driveway accepts for 5 parking spots.

The View:
Climb up on your private Crow's Nest with a 360 view of the ocean, surrounding homes, and the photogenic Lowcountry. Truly one of the best vistas on Fripp Island.

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural spectacular beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream!

Guest Cards Supplied:
Also supplied in your rental are up to 12 guest cards, a value of up to $600! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other spectacular wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

Located in Saint Helena Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Penn Center and York W.
