It is located on Bonito Drive, a short distance from the Marina, beach, and south-end Cabana Club. This home will be ideal for one or multi-families and will conveniently accommodate 12 guests. Fripp Island Club cards may be purchased. The cost during peak season is $50 / week for adults 13 years or older. Kids 12 and under do not need cards.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.
A golf cart will also be included for comfortable, painless access to any location on the island.
TVs will be located in the living room and in all bedrooms.
Golf cart(s): If a golf cart is supplied with the property it is considered complimentary and is not included in your rental fee. If it is available, you have use of the golf cart. If it is not available, you have not paid for it and therefore have no right to be compensated for the lack of use of the golf cart.
We make every attempt we can to insure the golf cart is operational, however, as your car occasionally has maintenance issues, so do golf carts. If such an unfortunate malfunction should occur, we will notify the repair agency as soon as possible in an effort to get the golf cart repaired. A replacement golf cart will NOT be made available nor will compensation be supplied, without exception.
Animals - not allowed
If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
You will receive an e-mail with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
