This home features ocean vistas, is on the second row across from beach access, is ideally located at the center of the island with the best beach area, and is close to all amenities of Fripp Island. This charmingly appointed home offers an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling over the great room, a loft area above, 5 bedrooms, and 4.5 baths. Plenty of parking and, a wrap-around porch with a cavernous deck for sunbathing and entertaining.
A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island and an superb way to visit to our unique amenities.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
