Our home is located on the 6th Tee Box on the Ocean Point Golf Course and a three min. walk to beach access #7 and #9.

We chose to manage and rent our home ourselves to be sure that you have the same experience we do when we visit Fripp. And more importantly so that you have the attention to detail and communication you deserve before and during your stay!
Our refreshed home offers a beautiful gourmet Kitchen/Dining/Living space that has created a completely open and pretty entertaining space. New wood floors, new bedroom carpeting, bathroom upgrades and new interior and exterior paint. We have also added a elegant fenced and landscaped yard with a gorgeous private in ground pool. Please Note: As of 2025 we can no longer provide guests with golf carts.

This 6 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is the ideal hideaway for families, groups of golfers, beach bums or friends alike. Located just a three min. walk from the beach you can spend your days adventuring the island or with your feet in the sand. Our home is completely furnished and entirely equipped. All you need is a toothbrush and your clothes. Great for groups on any size from 4 guests to 20 guests!
Our home features two enormous deck areas ideal for gathering. A huge family room with a brand new 65” TV. A second TV room outfitted with more games, books and puzzles than you will even have time to use. Ideal space for kids! The home features a gourmet kitchen that we are sure the Chef in your group will be more than pleased with. The home has plenty of sleeping in it’s six bedrooms including one room that can effortlessly accommodate up to 8 guests! And we include ONE cart with rental.
This home is just ideal for groups and for entertaining. We are certain you will appreciate it as much as we do! Fripp Island is one of the best South Carolina beach resorts, complete with two top ranked golf courses and one of the most impressive beaches you’ll find anywhere. We are full club members with access to seven pools, eateries, pools and tennis courts. This means you too can have access to all the amenities Fripp offers with Guest Club Cards available for sale to renters.
Our home comes outfitted with beach towels, beach toys, chairs, bicycles and even a ping pong table. If you are looking for more...the island offers moped units, paddle boards, kayaks, a kids club, fishing and boating charters.
