This Charleston-style row home is located in the fashionable Marina Village. The home has 3 bedrooms, all with TVs and balconies, 3 bathrooms, and sleeps eight guests. The home is less than a 5-min. bicycle or golf cart ride from the beach. Conveniences such as the Marina pool, the Bonito Boathouse, boat launch, and excursions are just steps from the home.

This property was also featured on an HGTV beachfront show. The living room and master bedroom have screened-in porches overlooking Old House Creek, the marsh, and handsome sunsets. These porches provide an opportunity for guests to view dolphins and a variety of other wildlife! There are also balconies complementing the other guest rooms with vistas of Fripp Island Marina and the pool. The master bathroom includes a enormous jetted tub. The living room, boasting a 65" TV, kitchen, and dining are open for painless entertaining.

Hunting Island State Park and Historic Beaufort are also just a short distance from the island home. After a fun day at the beach appreciate your favorite drink in the backyard while grilling dinner or play some games of foosball. Appreciate the impressive beaches of Fripp Island and everything that the Lowcountry has to offer!

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Island Bites for some ice cream!

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other spectacular wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

How to get the best rental home value:

  • The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Fripp Island. To find the largest rental for your budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
