There are very few homes that have it all, and 313 Ocean Point is one of those homes. Literal steps from the golf course and the ocean, you can access a community pool and one of our trendy eateries with a short walk or golf cart ride. Three bedrooms and three baths give you plenty of room to spread out.
A roomy king bedroom awaits to the right of the entry door after the convenient half bath. It has a deck entrance, as well as a giant bathroom. Also, on the main level, the well-outfitted kitchen is ready for enormous family meals and features extras like an additional mini refrigerator and water cooler—the comfortable living room with windows overlooking the golf course and ocean rounds out the level. Upstairs, two bedrooms offer many sleeping options. The right side bedroom has a queen bed and two twins, while the left side bedroom has a queen bed and one twin. A sizeable jack-and-jill bathroom connects them.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike those of others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure with two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, six pickleball courts, eight tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach.
