Centrally located on Fripp Island, adjacent to the Beach Club and Sandbar, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is the ideal place to appreciate the best Fripp Island has to offer! Just a short walk away is the beach and just steps to the left of your back deck is the pool for villa guests and members. Take your pick! This villa has freshly been refurbished w/new beds, furnishings, furnishings, appliances, etc. This property will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
Both bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a view of the ocean from the deck and a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 full beds. Both bedrooms have Streaming Roku TV's and Hargray cable live T.V.. Multiple usb charger connections! These two bedrooms share a completely tiled bespoke bathroom with quartz countertop. Downstairs has a L-Z Boy queen-aero bed sleeper couch as well as a full tiled bath with granite countertops, a streaming Roku TV, DVD and VCR and Hargray high speed internet and cable. Crisp air conditioning and heat throughout the home.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.
Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other gorgeous wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

About the Area
Located in Saint Helena Island, this villa is near the beach. Penn Center and York W. Bailey Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ocean Point Golf Course and Ocean Creek Golf Club.
