After a sun-kissed day of beachside fun, pull around to the back of the home to unload the beach chairs, seashell souvenirs, and take care of those sandy feet at the outdoor shower before heading upstairs for dinner. At the Marsh Mellow, your every culinary whim is catered to with a well-equipped kitchen. Prefer a backyard culinary experience? Grab some burgers or steaks and toss them on the propane grille or go low and slow on the classic charcoal grille. Dinner's ready! Grab family/friends and meet in the dining room where there's room for 4 at the round table and 2 more can belly up to the bar. Club cards are not required to access the beach, crabbing dock, Wardle's Landing pier, island parks, stores, the Marina deli or Springtide market.  The community center activities also do not require a card.

Location - The Marsh Mellow is located mid-island, at the end of Bonito Road, in the Marina. This is a great location that places the home in close proximity to all the fun! We're just a fast 5-min. golf cart ride to the beach and equally close to Dabvis Appreciate Park. Located between the marsh and Fripp Inlet to the east, the Marsh Mellow features unparalleled sunrise vistas, while to the west, the Marina with partial sunset vistas.Layout - At the front of the home, a gated entrance ensures privacy to a secluded courtyard. Ascending the stairs, the front door opens to a convenient drop zone, ideal for shedding your shoes before entering the main living area. To the left, you'll find the kitchen, dining room, and a balcony offering photogenic vistas of the Marina. On the right, the family room and the rear balcony. Located between the kitchen and family room is a convenient half-bath. Upstairs, both bedrooms await. A modest landing separates two nearly identical master suites, each boasting a king-size bed and private ensuites. Below the main living space, the garage homes bicycles, body boards, beach chairs, and the golf cart. Just outside the garage and to the left, is the outdoor shower.Kitchen - The kitchen is entirely equipped to ease meal prep with all the essentials at your fingertips. In addition to the standard pots, pans, silverware, cups, and plates, we go above and beyond. You'll discover a blender, hot plate, casserole dishes, toaster, wine glasses, cork screw, lobster pot, seafood crackers, and more to cater to your culinary needs.Family Room - The family room comfortably accommodates up to six people, ensuring everybody can relax in style. Meanwhile, the rear bedroom features a spectacular panorama through its broad picture window, showcasing the beauty of Fripp Inlet and the marsh. Pull back the shades at nighttime for a mesmerizing stargazing experience and wake up to the gentle embrace of the sunrise, all from the comfort of your own bed!Animals - We recognize the importance of your furry companions, as we are pet lovers ourselves. In our commitment to accommodating your four-legged family members, we welcome well-behaved modest to medium-sized dogs, with prior approval. To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you sign a pet agreement and pay a non-returnable $150 pet fee for the first dog, with an additional $75 for a second dog. No more than two dogs allowed on the property. Please note that guests bringing dogs without prior approval will be subject to an additional $300 charge. Our goal is to create a pet-friendly environment where both you and your beloved companions can enjoy a memorable stay.
