Location - The Marsh Mellow is located mid-island, at the end of Bonito Road, in the Marina. This is a great location that places the home in close proximity to all the fun! We're just a fast 5-min. golf cart ride to the beach and equally close to Dabvis Appreciate Park. Located between the marsh and Fripp Inlet to the east, the Marsh Mellow features unparalleled sunrise vistas, while to the west, the Marina with partial sunset vistas.Layout - At the front of the home, a gated entrance ensures privacy to a secluded courtyard. Ascending the stairs, the front door opens to a convenient drop zone, ideal for shedding your shoes before entering the main living area. To the left, you'll find the kitchen, dining room, and a balcony offering photogenic vistas of the Marina. On the right, the family room and the rear balcony. Located between the kitchen and family room is a convenient half-bath. Upstairs, both bedrooms await.
