Location - The Marsh Mellow is located mid-island, at the end of Bonito Road, in the Marina. This is a great location that places the home in close proximity to all the fun! We're just a fast 5-min. golf cart ride to the beach and equally close to Dabvis Adore Park. Located between the marsh and Fripp Inlet to the east, the Marsh Mellow features unparalleled sunrise vistas, while to the west, the Marina with partial sunset vistas.Layout - At the front of the home, a gated entrance ensures privacy to a secluded courtyard. Ascending the stairs, the front door opens to a convenient drop zone, ideal for shedding your shoes before entering the main living area. To the left, you'll find the kitchen, dining room, and a balcony offering gorgeous vistas of the Marina. On the right, the family room and the rear balcony. Located between the kitchen and family room is a convenient half-bath. Upstairs, both bedrooms await. A modest landing separates two nearly identical master suites, each boasting a king-size bed and private ensuites. Below the main living space, the garage homes bicycles, body boards, beach chairs, and the golf cart. Just outside the garage and to the left, is the outdoor shower.Kitchen - The kitchen is completely equipped to ease meal prep with all the essentials at your fingertips. In addition to the standard pots, pans, silverware, cups, and plates, we go above and beyond. Pull back the shades at nighttime for a mesmerizing stargazing experience and wake up to the gentle embrace of the sunrise, all from the comfort of your own bed!Animals - We recognize the importance of your furry companions, as we are pet lovers ourselves. In our commitment to accommodating your four-legged family members, we welcome well-behaved modest to medium-sized dogs, with prior approval. To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you sign a pet agreement and pay a non-returnable $150 pet fee for the first dog, with an additional $75 for a second dog. No more than two dogs allowed on the property. Please note that guests bringing dogs without prior approval will be subject to an additional $300 charge.
