Watch the show cocooned in the opulent embrace of the king-sized bed, adorned in your coziest PJs, or from the covered balcony that overlooks the waterway. Grab a single serving of Joe from the Keurig or indulge in the rich aroma of an entire pot from the classic drip maker. As the sun begins its ascent, the skyline transitions from hues of blue and purple to a vibrant canvas of pink and orange, marking the official commencement of the day's adventures.
With sunrise in the books, it's time to kick off the day's adventures! Load up the cooler, your favorite beverages, grab the complimentary beach chairs and body boards and hop aboard the 4-person golf cart. The first beach access is less than 5 mins. from your doorstep. For younger guests seeking a break from salt and sand, Davis Adore Park offers the ideal playground getaway. Basketball and volleyball courts, playground equipment, and even a pirate ship, there's no shortage of fun to be had.
After a sun-kissed day of beachside fun, pull around to the back of the home to unload the beach chairs, seashell souvenirs, and take care of those sandy feet at the outdoor shower before heading upstairs for dinner. At the Marsh Mellow, your every culinary whim is catered to with a well-equipped kitchen. Prefer a backyard culinary experience? Grab some burgers or steaks and toss them on the propane grille or go low and slow on the classic charcoal grille. Dinner's ready! Grab family/friends and meet in the dining room where there's room for 4 at the round table and 2 more can belly up to the bar. If you prefer to savor the evening breeze, move dinner outside to the rear balcony where there's seating for 4 at the outdoor dining table.
After dinner, relax with a Netflix movie on the 65" flat screen, surf the web via the high-speed internet, or opt for a more breathtaking view by grabbing your favorite drink and heading out to the front-side balcony, where you can marvel at the sunset just behind the Marina Store and Deli. With seating for 2, and an invigorating breeze, it's the ideal spot to savor the moment. Sunset also marks the ideal time to embark on an island adventure on the golf cart. Cruising Fripp is a must! As nighttime settles in and the days adventures fade into memories, you have the luxury of choosing between 2 master suites, each promising unparalleled comfort. Tricks and tips for getting the best Fripp Island vacation rental experience:

Sticking to a rental budget:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Fripp Island. Reserve your vacation in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Beaufort, SC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Some property management companies offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
  • Booking websites typically offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
  • Many property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Beaufort, SC area travel guide magazines which will include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Beaufort, SC visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

How to choose and book the bestvacation home:

  • Choose your vacation dates and maximum budget.
  • Decide how many beds and the configuration your family needs. Stunning Sunrise and Sunset Views, King Suites, and Double Balconies. Premium Golf Cart Included, and Well-Behaved Pets Considered - 861 Bonito Rd has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is usually accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, call the property owner before you book your home. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to determine what configuration is right for your vacation group.
  • Some properties allow pets, but others do not. Acceptable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the owner about allowable breeds and types before booking.
  • Are you visiting for a specific event or attraction? Use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Remember to confirm all required amenities are included before booking

Considerations for your stay:

  • Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental home. Put the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, stereo or WIFI setup. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief call prevents lots of issues.
  • Protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Make a record of any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately send them to the owner. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be useful if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers disrupting your peaceful neighborhood. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and places you would've not otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Double-check the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at departure. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a terrific stay? Many rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
