415 Wahoo Drive is just a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean, Cabana Club, pools and Ocean Marina, this 4-bedroom, 4-bath home is ideal for those who want the luxuries of home in a resort environment. The home has a cavernous kitchen and is attractively furnished with wood floors throughout. The main part of the home contains 3 beds and 3 baths, while the additional room in the front contains 2 bunk beds and 1 bath. This home will comfortably accommodate up to 12 people!

Features include 7 beds in total, 2 king beds, 1 queen and 2 bunk beds. Both bunk beds have twin over full beds. 2 soaking tubs in the main bathrooms to wind down, while the other 2 bathrooms have a tub/shower combo. This property is thoughtfully decorated and has been freshly refreshed with splendid wood floor.

Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen and an additional full-size refrigerator in the laundry room. The roomy living and main dining room lead to the screened in porch which has adds a third eating/sitting area for family and friends. Keurig and drip coffee maker included. 5 Roku Intelligent TVs in total, there is a tv in all bedrooms and another in the living room. These tv's are currently streaming only. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home pair with your favorite streaming applications. 5 burner propane grille in the garage, please move it out to the driveway or walkway by front door to use.

1. You will use the code included to open the additional room entry door. Upon entering the additional room, you will see a key on the counter. This key will unlock the main part of the home!
2. The owner golf cart in the garage is not for guest use. Please do not use. You are supplied a golf cart through the resort for your rental!

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island and an impressive way to visit our unique conveniences.

Also supplied in your rental are up to 12 guest cards, a value of up to $600! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other striking wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
