446 Tarpon is a dazzling ocean front home located on the south end of Fripp Island. One of the most fashionable rental homes on the island. Remodeled in 2014; this four bedroom, four bath home is ideal for visitors that are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's pretty beach. Centrally located, just a short golf cart ride away is Island Bites, the Beach Club, Sandbar, Olympic size pool, Ocean Marina, Bonito Boathouse and much more. The huge back deck provides a private boardwalk that leads directly to the beach. It comfortably accommodates up to 12 people.
Bedrooms have 2 king and 4 queen beds. All 4 bedrooms have their own private en suite full bathrooms. New carpet refreshed in 2025! The kitchen and living room offer a wide-open floor plan with granite countertops and an island. Features include a gas grille, gourmet kitchen. standalone ice maker and loft area to give you the amenities of home in a resort environment. 6 TVs with Amazon Firesticks and high-speed WIFI allow you to access your favorite streaming apps with ease. Youtube TV is also included to allow access to quality live tv.
The sizable deck wraps around the home and was stained in 2024 and furnished with new furnishings. With plenty of room to socialize, the deck leads down to a private boardwalk accepting you to effortlessly access the beach.
The View:
Each bedroom offers a deck with a great view of the ocean and beach. The back of the home has a expansive view of the ocean through the enormous windows and sliding glass doors, really surrounding you with the ocean. One of the best vistas on the island!
Fripp is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to a huge number of whitetail deer. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
