Location, location! This pretty home is located on an upsized lot near the center of Fripp Island, just a block from one of many beach accesses, beach club amenities, tennis and pickleball courts, and across the street from elegant sunset vistas over the marsh.

292 Tarpon features four bedrooms with the primary on the main floor, 2 full baths, and 2 half baths. Vaulted ceiling in dining area opens to kitchen, breakfast bar with sink, and living area with window seat overlooking view. The guest bedroom on the second floor opens to a private balcony. The back of the lot is a maintenance-complimentary, natural getaway. A freshly added fire pit enhances the outdoor experience, accepting guests to immerse themselves in the sights and sounds of Fripp Island's flora and fauna. Comfortably sleeps 8 people in 5 beds.

Also supplied in your rental are up to 8 guest cards, a value of up to $350! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
