Welcome to Casa De Chill where your family will savor a roomy home on the Ocean Point Golf Course on Fripp Island. In a short golf cart ride you will have access to a photogenic private beach, swimming pools, multiple eateries and two golf courses. After a day in the sun, spend the evening calming on the deck or sitting by the fire pit complete with a partial ocean view. The home includes extravagant linens, intelligent TVs and all of your beach supplies.
Reservations finished through September 30, 2024 will include a 6 seater golf cart. For reservations after this date, please contact the host for availability of a golf cart.
Fripp Island Amenity Cards are available for purchase. Guests MUST purchase these if you want to access the Fripp Island Resort pools, tennis courts, eateries, & the two championship golf courses. Amenity cards must be purchased through us for guests 13 and older. Fripp Island Golf & Beach Resort has set the luxury card fee as follows:
The luxury card prices for stays that are 1-4 days are $35 during the summer months and $25 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
The luxury card prices for stays that are 5-8 days are $50 during the summer months and $35 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
Please note, effective February 2023, Fripp Island Resort will assess a 12.8% Resort Fee in addition to the cost of the Amenity Cards for Guests that wish to access the Resort Conveniences. The Resort Fee will be calculated on the Nightly Rental before taxes, costs and amenities cards.
