Welcome to 307 Ocean Point! Literal steps from the golf course and a few more to the ocean, you can also access a community pool and one of our trendy eateries with a short walk or golf cart ride. Four bedrooms and three baths give you plenty of room to spread out.
Outfitted in blues and yellows, This home is sure to impress. On the main level, the well-supplied kitchen is ready for sizable family meals. The open concept accepts for conversation with the prepare from the dining area or the living room. The comfortable living room with windows overlooking the golf course and ocean sits just beyond the kitchen. From the huge back deck, you have a chance to see alligators, deer, and maybe a dolphin or two, as well as golfers looking to make that ideal putt. The million-dollar view cannot be beat. There are two bedrooms on this level, one with a queen bed, an en suite bathroom, and access to the back deck. The other is a twin on the front side of the home, with a bathroom steps away in the hall. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a sitting area provide ample space for the family. Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike those of others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
