Zoggy's Retreat…Make this three (3) bedroom/two and a half bath (2.5) home your home away from home on handsome Fripp Island. Take in vistas of the golf course and the Atlantic Ocean from the front porch. Sleeps 10.
This home is located on peaceful Porpoise Circle just off of Porpoise Road and is a short golf cart ride to numerous beach access points (1A-8).
Furnished in coastal décor and muted tones, this warm and inviting home is only mins. from the beach via Golf Cart. The screened in back patio and open deck along with the covered front porch accepts for appreciating the cool evenings on Fripp and taking in the fresh sea breezes.
The main level of the home offers a roomy living room with seating for ten (10) and a 65” intelligent TV, entirely equipped kitchen with seating for 4, half bath, dining room with seating for 6, access to the open back deck and a screened in porch (both with seating). Living room has Queen sleeper convertible couch.
The upper level offers a master bedroom with king bed, walk in closet, 36” TV (with streaming svc), private bathroom with two (2) sinks, stall shower and a sizable soaker tub. There are two (2) additional bedrooms with one (1) queen bed and two (2) full size beds. A second bathroom with tub/shower combination and single sink.
Bed and bath linens are supplied with the rental.

Amenity cards are available for purchase if desired. If purchased, a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation Fripp Island Resort's Club amenities cards allow guests to access the racquet club, golf courses, pools, rent water sports equipment and dine in the various eateries on the island.
The current cost for guest conveniences cards is as follows: Memorial Day-Labor Day: $50/person (4-7 day), $35/person (1-4 day); Fall, Winter, and Spring: $35/person (4-7 day), $25/person (1-4 day). Each guest over the age of 12 must have in their possession an luxury card to use the resort facilities.
Please note, Guests do not have to buy luxury cards! You can appreciate the beach, the bicycle paths, and the stores without an luxury card. There are many incredible eateries, golf courses, bicycle units, golf cart units, and tennis courts off of the island.
