A elegantly freshly modernized home with 3 full bedrooms and 3 full baths and a fourth additional sunroom/sitting room / bedroom with French doors and windows all around with a twin trundle bed that can be used for sleeping or just calming.
Privacy and tranquility from the outside World. The home is on an Island on the Island boasting a raised beach home with two levels in a wooded setting. There are Marsh vistas just off the court and a short walk takes you to a Marsh crossing; it’s an striking spot for sunsets.
The home features a king room with an spectacular shower, one queen room with hall bath close by hottub tub supplied and a additional bedroom/sunroom with twin trundle.
The upstairs has a full with two twins also with bathroom and tiled shower stall with sitting bench. There is a nice living area that leads to the back screened in porch.

We have installed an outside shower (cold only) to rinse after the pool or beach or just to rinse off sandy toys.
There is a new wood burning fireplace in the living room for comfortable nights .
There is a very nice enormous outdoor pool for our neighborhood only just two homes down and a pass is included for your use with no additional costs; the pool season runs April 1st till Nov 1st . (Covid restrictions may apply)
There is also a full access pass to Hunting Island where you can climb the lighthouse (also no added cost) climbing is also complimentary during normal business hours. The pass accepts 4 at a time to climb and possible Covid restrictions.
There is a crabbing and fishing dock in the back of the neighborhood again for our neighborhood use only. The beach is a short 3/4 mile walk and golf carts can be rented. Telephone ahead to book those if interested. We see um and Fripp Island carts both do units.
There is a modest convenience store by the security gate (Mangos) it’s pricey as you would expect so we recommend getting food on the way in or bringing it with you. The kitchen is entirely outfitted with dishes and silverware and a pretty full array of modest appliances. Please discard all perishable food but feel complimentary to use or leave condiment type items for other guests.
There are linens and towels at the home. This does not include beach towels please bring them we would prefer the bath towels be used for the inside. . There are numerous bicycles under the home but they are mostly in disrepair. There are also bicycles available for rent as needed.
Come down and savor yourself. Our home is your home. There is also a locking kitchen and pantry for weight loss retreats.
There are infant items in the upstairs closet (a pack and play, high chair) as well as some items for elderly or handicap people. (wheel chair and walker)
We welcome all special needs families and all military families.

Note: We are not club members and amenities cards cannot be purchased through our rental. The price reflects this. We feel we have one of the best priced homes for the value in the stay and the takeaway. Feel complimentary to message me about anything including dates or prices. We try to make accommodations when we can.
Fees:
We charge additional for cleaning. This costs includes the provision of sheets and their laundering and making the beds. It is expected that you clean up after yourselves and please wash the dishes and towels. At this time we are paying additional costs for more broad cleaning.
We also charge a parking fee this is a charge for incidental costs. We have chosen to keep the price low for smaller groups while charging a little more for bigger groups. Larger groups tend to come with more cars. So that’s how we chose to do it. This is not an attempt to mislead you when booking. EXTRA CAR PASSES WILL BE ASSESSED AND ADDED TO YOUR BOOKING AS IT ONLY ALLOWS ONE FEE PER ITEM. This is our fee not an Island fee and may not be assessed on other properties.
All that being said our home is still less expensive than most on the island that can accommodate 10 people and I think it’s ready just for you!
About the Area
Located in Saint Helena Island, this vacation home is in a rural area and by the sea. Penn Center and York W. Bailey Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Hunting Island Lighthouse and Chapel of Ease.
