513 Sunsuite is an efficiency unit located in the heart of Fripp Island. It is just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Tennis Courts, Exercise Center, and more. This is ideal for visitors who want to take advantage of Fripp's many amenities and be within walking distance of the beach. This unit has a queen-size bed and a set of twin bunk beds. Daily units are open year-round, and it comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.

Guest Cards Supplied:
Up to 4 guest cards, valued up to $200, are also supplied in your rental. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, a exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure with two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, six pickleball courts, eight tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and home to many whitetail deer and other unique wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

Located in Saint Helena Island, this apartment is near the beach. Penn Center and York W.
