716 Swordfish is a alluring two-story ocean-view home located in the heart of Fripp Island. This six-bedroom, four-bath home comfortably sleeps 17 and is ideal for family gatherings, groups or weddings.
First floor includes a kitchenette, living area, 2 bedrooms & 3 baths. Full size pool table in the sunroom that opens up to the grille area and first floor outdoor seating area. Upstairs has an open living area with a full-size kitchen accepting you to prepare your favorite meals or prep for the day. The huge screened-in porch is the main highlight of the home that provides yet another open living space to appreciate the low country weather. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths also part of the upstairs.
Features of the property include a beach access steps away from your front door, a sizable screened in porch, backyard and grilling area. Property is currently streaming only with 4 TVs. High speed wireless internet.

Step out onto your screened in porch or surrounding front deck to take in the ocean view. Plenty of seating to savor with the family or group.
A 4-seat golf cart is supplied with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural spectacular beauty of the island.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
