This home is conveniently located 1 mile to downtown & directly next to the Spanish Moss Trail. Few places can boast such a private country wooded feel with such close access to downtown and beaches. You are sure to have a gorgeous time lowcountry living, appreciating the impressive Waterfront Park, swinging benches overlooking the water, handsome lawn area and humongous draw bridge, eateries, shopping and coffee stores line the street. Home located in the elegant 100 Pines Neighborhood. Huge angel oak trees shade both the huge front yard and back patio. Adults and kids alike adore the wood swing in the sizable front lawn. Back yard has two sections separately fenced in. Includes shiny clean stainless steel appliances with a kitchen equipped with everything you will need to prepare. Home boast beautiful wood floors, 2 full pristine clean bathrooms, one with a modest standup shower & laundry and one with a bathtub.
