Our family friendly home is centrally located in the Saw Grass neighborhood of Fripp Island. It is a short golf cart ride to any of the beach accesses. It also is within walking distance to the Sawgrass neighborhood private pool and playground.
Savor the huge, open floor plan, designed for family gatherings and entertaining! You'll savor movie nights on the sizable screen Intelligent TV. We offer a completely supplied kitchen for all of your cooking needs. There are two eating areas, a separate dining area and a kitchen breakfast counter that seats 4. Our floor plan has a Master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed, a twin bed and trundle. These two bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a tub and shower. Located off the kitchen is the washer and dryer in utility room. After a sun filled day at the beach, come back and relax in our screened porch or on our deck, and appreciate the tranquility and peaceful of the neighborhood with you favorite drink of choice. We offer wireless internet and cable TV.
Amenity cards are not supplied with the rental, you may purchase these cards from us, for $50 per person, for anyone 13 years and older, during the season, Memorial Day to Labor Day. After Labor Day to Memorial Day they are $35 for 4 nighttime stay and $25 for a 3 nighttime stay.
Included in the rental is a 4 seat golf cart for your enjoyment. Ride around Fripp Island. Beach chairs Intelligent TV's, for your streaming, towels and bed linens. There is a charcoal grille for all your grilling needs.
The Amenity cards are use for any of the Fripp Resort facilities, eateries, swimming pools, Tennis courts, 2 golf courses and food court.
