Hop in the supplied golf cart and experience the island like a local.Hyp-Nautic Vistas, located at the peaceful, northern tip of the island, features a private community pool on the ocean and is surrounded by the Ocean Point golf course in the North Hampton community.
FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. All family pets must be up to date on vaccinations and tick/flea treatments to be considered with reservation. Number of pets allowed: 1 (dogs only). Pet weight requirement: no more than 65 lbs. NO SMOKING ACCEPTED! Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.
Club cards are not required to access the beach, crabbing dock, Wardle's Landing pier, island parks, stores, the Marina deli or Springtide market. The community center activities also do not require a card.
Animals - allowed
If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards.
