Welcome to 165 Beach Club Villa, Fripp Island, SC! Centrally located, with striking vistas, and an painless 2–3-min. walk to Fripp's amazing 3+ miles of beach. Accommodates up to 4 guests.

Our published prices include wi-fi, linens, 2 luxury cards, a golf cart, and cleaning at checkout. Everything you should need for a great Fripp visit!

You can get up to 2 additional cards if needed. If you don't need any cards, then let us know and we can provide an refreshed quote with substantial savings. Most people do purchase luxury cards, especially during the summer months, as the resort requires anyone 13 and older to have a card for admittance to resort amenities such as pools and eateries. Without the cards you still have access to the beach and there are a couple places on island where you can get a bite to eat. There are numerous good eateries close by off-island.

Our rates are based on a weekly stay. We are sometimes open to less than week stays, and you can request a quote with your preferred dates.

We can consider one pet with a non-returnable pet fee of $250.

Be sure and view our photos to see just what you are getting with your reservation. Checkout our reviews to get an idea of what to expect as experienced by previous guests. We strive to keep things in good working order and clean. This is our 25th year of making 165 Beach Club Villa available for a great Fripp Island experience. Any questions?

Fripp Island rental booking tips:

How to get the best rental home value:

  • The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental property six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Beaufort, SC area. Book your Beaufort, SC vacation home in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Beaufort, SC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
  • Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Beaufort, SC area visitors guides which often include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Beaufort, SC visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Choosing the perfect vacation rental in Fripp Island:

  • Start by choosing a vacation week and a spending budget.
  • Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration you need. We are doing major upgrades and look to be available April and possibly March. has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Beaufort, SC rentals search.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is generally available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, email the property manager before you book your home. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches.
  • If your group is traveling with pets, search for a pet-friendly property. Ask for information on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Note that some hosts require additional pet deposits and fees.
  • Visiting for a specific event? If so, use a map search to find nearby properties.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental.

More considerations:

  • We recommend storing the owner's information in your smartphone.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, intercom or WIFI setup. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent quite a few problems.
  • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Upon check-in, document any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the property manager. Keep records of all coorespondence.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are often a great resource to find the best local beaches and hangouts.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on good ratings to drive new reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
