Our rates are based on a weekly stay. We are sometimes open to less than week stays, and you can request a quote with your preferred dates.

Our top Fripp Island rental property booking tips:

Sticking to your spending budget:

  • Summer time is high season in the Beaufort, SC area. Book your vacation in Fall or Spring months to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • In the Beaufort, SC area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Booking your vacation home up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.

  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • At departure, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.

  • Did your family have a excellent stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
