Furry Friends:
We absolutely adore dogs and would appreciate to welcome yours, however we have had some issues with furry friends not treating our home with respect, so unfortunately we have had to update our pet policy.
Pet Policy:
We must be notified prior to your arrival that you’ll be bringing a pup. Owners are responsible for picking up all waste and alerting us if there have been any accidents inside, so that we can resolve properly. Absolute max. is 1 pet per stay. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit. Additionally, there is a $125 non returnable pet fee per stay. This does not cover any potential damages caused by family pets. We like to remind all our guests that our home is located near downtown, so while surrounding downtown noise is minimized at nighttime, there is a possibility of hearing hustle and bustle during the day.
Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend's home and we will do our best to make you feel like you're a friend staying with us!

Our top Vacation rental home tips:
When to visit Beaufort & When to reserve a rental home:
- Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Summer time is high season in Beaufort. Book your vacation in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
- Some property managers offer special rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
- Property management companies usually offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
- Many rental management companies supply Beaufort, SC area travel guide magazines which will include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or through a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Beaufort, SC visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Finding the best rental in Beaufort:
- Start by choosing your potential vacation weeks and a maximum budget.
- Decide how many beds and the configuration you need. Newly Renovated 3 Bed\/2.5 Bath 15 mins to MCRD has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is commonly available online. If not, email or call the property manager before you reserve the vacation home. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull out couches in living rooms. You will need to work out what is optimal for your trip.
- Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or could be applied to your agreement.
- Visiting for a single event? Use a map search to locate nearby properties.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
Know before you go:
- Add the property manager's contact information to your smartphone. Understand and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, television set or coffee maker. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents many difficulties.
- Lock your vacation home while you're out. Protect your property!
- To make certain damages are not attributed to your family's visit, inspect the property for any problem areas upon check in. Get in touch with the property manager immediately to report any damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be useful.
- Be respectful. Frequently, nearby homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Inspect the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition.
- Did you have a fantastic vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
