Visit us in our newly refurbished, ocean view villa number 316. Our kitchen was completely refreshed in January 2006 including all new maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances and Silestone counter tops. In 2015 we created 2 new ensuite baths upstairs attached to each bedroom as well as modernized the full downstairs bathroom. In 2017 we replaced the beds in the second bedroom with 2 new full XL beds for more sleeping comfort. All linens and linens were also replaced including all new pillows in 2021. New King bed in 2022 with new linens. Winter of 2019 the first floor was repainted and furnishings reupholstered. Telephone or e-mail for prices! See the ocean when you awaken in the morning from your bedroom. We are steps from the pool and 100 steps to the beach. Our pool can be used without the purchase of luxury cards and is for the private use only of owners and guests of Capt. John Fripp villas phase I&II.
The Capt. John Fripp Villas Phase I&II are located in a convenient mid-island location. Our beach has an simple stair crossover just steps from our back door with beach access at all tides. We are located across from the tennis courts and next to the Beach Club. If you appreciate cycling, walking, or just sitting with a good book listening to the ocean, Fripp is the place for you. Two golf courses are located on the island and many others are on surrounding islands. We are Fripp Club members which accepts you to buy amenities cards which will provide full access to all Fripp activities for you and your family.
WE ARE FULL CLUB MEMBERS AND HAVE ACCESS TO AMENITY CARDS. CARDS WILL BE FOR 7 NIGHTS IF STAYING A FULL WEEK OR 4 DAY CARDS FOR LESS THAN WEEK STAY. CARDS PRICE $100 FOR 2 CARDS AND A WEEK'S STAY AND $70 FOR A WEEKEND (PEAK SEASON PRICES) PLUS A 12.8% RESORT FEE THAT WILL BE CALCULATED ON YOUR BASE RENTAL RATE AFTER YOU INITIALLY ASK TO BOOK AND I CAN ADD THE FEE.
