Del Boca Frippsta offers an open concept eat-in kitchen that flows into the living area. Upscale furnishings include granite counter tops, white shaker cabinets & stainless appliances in the well supplied kitchen (Both regular and Keurig coffee makers offered). In fact, you will find granite counter tops, tile showers & floors in the baths & comfortable furnishings & decorations throughout! The living area is cavernous & offers a enormous flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The balcony access from this room is through sliding doors so there is plenty of natural light and an ocean view. New Haven Villa 647 offers 3 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths. Our unit comfortably sleeps 8 in beds. The main floor includes the kitchen, living area, a queen bedroom & half bath. The bedroom on the main floor offers a queen bed and flat screen TV. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (king in master, queen and twin trundle bed in upstairs guest room) & 2 full baths. The upstairs master is upsized and has a flat screen TV and a humongous walk in shower with double vanities. The second bedroom has a spectacular ocean view, flat screen TV and own bath with tub and shower combo. There is also a full size washer & dryer on this floor. Bookings fill up quickly, so don’t wait too long to book or you will miss out.

Access the ever growing beach right from the back of the condo. There is a direct boardwalk access to the beach or fishing right from the surf.

The Newhaven complex has been completely redone in the last few years. New siding and paint, and new roofs were added in 2016. The entire decking throughout the complex has been completely torn out and replaced in 2020/2021 as well as a new seawall.

Located in Saint Helena Island, this villa is on the beach. Penn Center and Parris Island Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ocean Point Golf Course and Ocean Creek Golf Club. Adventure Cove and Coastal Discovery Museum are also worth visiting.
