The beach is typically accessible from New Haven or by the pool area within a couple of hours on either side of low tide. At other times, to access the Fripp Island beach, simply head south on the supplied golf cart until you reach Dolphin Road. There are many beach access points off of south Dolphin and adjacent roads.
