24 Sea Mist is a handsome two story home that is ideal for visitors that are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. Just a short walk to the Cabana Club, Activity Center, and Camp Fripp! Recently remodeled, features include complimentary internet, an additional enormous deck off the family room featuring a wall to wall sliding glass door system, accepting an expanded elegant view of Skull Creek, the marsh, and the Atlantic Ocean from the family room. Appreciate the opened floor plan on first floor with state of the art appliances in the new kitchen with tall white cabinets and blue Bahia granite, featuring Keurig coffee maker. No noisy dishwasher sounds while watching the new 60' flat screen intelligent TV in the refreshed family room. Plank porcelain tile has been installed on first level that looks like driftwood! New carpet in all bedrooms.
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island and an splendid way to visit to our unique amenities.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
