727 Seahorse Road is a enchanting two-story home that will be ideal for your vacation. As a second-row beach home, this home is just a short walk to the ocean accepting you to soak up the rays during the hot summer days. This five-bedroom, four-bath home is ideal for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. It is centrally located near Island Bites, The Beach Club, the Olympic pool, the tennis and pickleball courts, and The Sandbar. It comfortably accommodates up to 14 people and offers impressive porch vistas of the beach.
The main floor has 2 master bedrooms with a king bed and en suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and hallway access to a full bathroom. Each bedroom has a slider that opens up and accepts for plenty of natural light. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a full hall bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen and a twin while the kids' bedroom has 1 full and 3 twins.
Front and back deck are freshly modernized, completely redone in April of 2024. New deck furnishings was added along with a new walkway and outdoor shower!
Features include Vizio intelligent TVs with high-speed wireless internet. This property is streaming only. Entirely equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals, ice maker in the refrigerator and full appliances including washer and dryer. Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. Located in Saint Helena Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Penn Center and York W.
