Awesome Beach House!! On the best part of Fripp Island. We include a six-seater golf cart, high-speed internet, as well as a private pool which can be heated in March, April, May, September, October or November for an additional fee of $200/week. Amenity Cards are not available.

An additional bathroom added and all original bathrooms refreshed. Three bedrooms will have a bathroom connected. Two of the bedrooms on the first floor of the home will still share the bathroom in the middle This bathroom will also be remodeled. The other first floor bedroom will be connected to a bathroom now. There will be 4 bathrooms total, instead of the 3 we orignally had.

Located in Saint Helena Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Hunting Island Lighthouse and Chapel of Ease are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ocean Point Golf Course and Ocean Creek Golf Club. Jet skiing, kayaking, and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends).   • Be respectful. Often times, nearby homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking rules is the right thing to do.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the property to confirm you've collected everything. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
