Our "Big Kahuna" Beach home is ready for some fun! Fill our home with your family, friends and let’s build some marvelous beach memories.

We include a golf cart, bicycles, fire pit, NEW ping pong table, corn hole, beach chairs and even an additional refrigerator for your visiting fun at our home. We have an enclosed shower for washing off before coming inside.

Appreciate Sitting on the screened in porch and breathe in the fresh salt air.

We sleep 12 people comfortably in our 5 bedroom, 4 bath beach home.

New linens including bedspreads & towels and beach towels too.

Well appointed kitchen has everything you need.

We have 2 living rooms so everybody can spread out. Big screened porch and decks beckon you outside to savor the deer walking by or just to breathe in fresh island air.

New gas grille and outdoor dining table.

We are right across from beach access #7.

Most Fripp visitors know but if you don’t, golf carts are our preferred form of transportation. We include a golf cart with your stay and if you want to rent more carts, Make sure to rent when you book because they go fast. We have also supplied bicycles, beach chairs, a beach wagon, beach towels and all kinds of toys for your island fun.

A few notes about the island - We are club members which means that the Club amenities cards are available.

***The Fripp Island Club requires amenities cards for you to frequent their conveniences. These amenities include golfing, playing tennis, going to the eateries on Fripp, going to the swimming pools and the exercise room.
The luxury card prices for stays that are 1-4 days are $35 during the summer months and $25 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
The luxury card prices for stays that are 5-8 days are $50 during the summer months and $35 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
If you do want to purchase the luxury cards, the resort will add an additional island fee of 13% to your rental to use their amenities. This will be added to your weekly stay at time of luxury card purchase.
Each guest 13 years or older must carry an conveniences card to access the Club's facilities.
There are a few places on Fripp Island that you do not need an luxury card. SpringTide Market is at the front of the island that has a huge menu at their deli. From breakfast sandwiches to family BBQ meals, there is a lot to choose from. There is also a deli at the Marina that serves sandwiches and salads. The Fripp Ship and Mango stores are fun to go into for your ideal souvenir. You do not need an luxury card for golf cart, kayak, bicycle, etc. units as there are an abundance of companies who offer rental services that will deliver to you.

About the Area

Located in Saint Helena Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Penn Center and York W. Bailey Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ocean Point Golf Course and Fripp Island Marina. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Finding the best rental value:

  • Booking in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your family have a excellent time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback.
