Pines2Palmettos- Never miss a Sunset!!!

Whether you are a seasoned Fripper or new to all that the island offers- you do not want to miss out on one of the islands most unique properties. Savor multi-level decks- you will never miss a sunset- and roomy main living and bedrooms. This property features the main bedroom primary suite with enormous, gorgeously tiled primary en suite. Wake up to the egrets and other Fripp Island wildlife right outside your window. Upstairs you will find a cavernous King room with pretty vistas overlooking Sunset Park and the marsh. Or wake up with the sunrise in the 3rd bedroom which has two full size beds, and vistas of multiple old mossy oaks, palms, and a deer family- some nights you will even hear our neighborhood owl. The upper deck is accessible from the king room with vistas to the marina and on a clear nighttime as far as the eye can see. From any of the decks you can watch and hear the cycle of the closing day- just as the sun disappears the egrets fly to their nightly nesting spot on the golf course, the Cicadas start their nightly song, and the sky- oh the sky- its never the same color any nighttime of the week- while the sunset is charming, the after effects are really remarkable. Even on the rainy nights we have you covered- each bedroom and living room features Roku 4K intelligent TVs.

This home features a well laid out eat in kitchen open to the living room- no one ever has to miss out on any family activities in this room. The kitchen island is big enough for family games/puzzles and baking/cooking all at the same time. We also feature three work from home office spaces for those that want to get away from it all but still have deadlines to meet- features high speed internet- we have your spot. A golf cart that seats four is available, we are pet friendly, and only a 2-min. golf cart ride to the beach. For those flying in, we do offer a huge beach wagon that loads effortlessly onto the back of the golf cart- and we share body boards, beach toys, a modest cooler, and two modest beach chairs- and for the kids or kids at heart we have basketball, football, volleyball, and bocce. 

Our lower screened in deck features an outer grilling deck, a table that seats 8 for outdoor dining, and a calming space to savor the view. 

We are only steps away from the marina- boat ramp, Marina Store, and Bonito Boat House Bar and Restaurant. We are a min. golf cart ride to Ocean Creek Golf Course and 2-3 mins. from the Cabana Club pool area. 3-4 mins. from the Beach Club, adult pool, and the Sand Bar. Whether walking, golf carting, or cycling we really are in the heart of it all.

Club cards are required to appreciate any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
