Entirely remodeled home constructed in 1910 with historic appeal and a modern touch. Located in the historic district of Beaufort just ~8 blocks from downtown and a fast 12min drive to Parris Island, this is the ideal home for graduation, vacation or work. Many of the pieces, artwork and photos are from the owner's travels around the world. The yard is fenced in to offer privacy, the neighbor is an officer, complimentary Hunting Island pass, beach gear and the internet is super fast. ALL are welcome! :)

We are local and can help with any questions.

Beaufort is located on Port Royal Island, in the heart of the Sea Islands and South Carolina Lowcountry. The city is acclaimed for its breathtaking location and for maintaining a historic character by preservation of its antebellum architecture. My home is located in the Downtown area which is a great mix of people, cultures and homes.

There are a few ride-shares around but I wouldn’t completely depend on it. I recommend having a car and/or bicycle if you are only staying in the downtown area. Check out University Bikes or Lowcountry Bicycles for units.

We have multiple short-term units in the area. Our goal is to make your experience a 5+ star. We are local and can help or make recommendations whenever needed. We have a keypad for painless access and check-in. A fenced-in backyard along with a screened-in porch offers privacy. There is a police officer living next door so you should feel additional secure. We have one Hunting Island pass that is good for one car. We do have a Ring doorbell with a camera on the front porch and a floodlight + camera overlooking the backyard only for security. We have YouTube TV. Lastly, we conveniently have beach gear for any beach adventure.

We have a Parris Island graduation handbook we put together to help you navigate graduation.
