The heart of the home is a cavernous living area with a gas fireplace, flowing into a sizable back screened porch furnished with a rattan couch, two chairs, and a huge dining table that seats up to 10 for al fresco meals. The well-equipped kitchen features a 36' dual fuel stove, a refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser, a dishwasher with a stainless interior, and a convenient island with a microwave drawer.

 

The dining table seats ten, complemented by bar stools at the kitchen island for additional seating. For added convenience, a half bath on the main floor, a wet bar with ice machine and an elevator that connects all three levels.

 

The ground floor consists of a mudroom and a additional recreational room complete with a TV, ice machine, comfortable couch, and a game table with chairs.
