Located 10 mins. from historic downtown Beaufort and Parris Island, 2 Abbey Row is a first floor flat in the striking neighborhood of Habersham. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom flat is one level and just a short walk to the Habersham Marketplace which offers 4 eateries, 2 bars that host musical entertainment and an Italian ice shop. As part of the Village Flats, this condo features a private courtyard, private parking, and gated entry, and bicycle racks located in commons.

The Habersham Park has an exercise trail, 3 clay tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, playground, bocce ball court, and a community garden. The neighborhood amenities include a community pool, boat ramp and picnic pavilion and dock. Also, there are multiple catch and release ponds in the community.
