The villa is equipped with a full kitchen, a screened in porch, kitchen table that seats six, and a intelligent TV in the living room and flat screen in the master bedroom. There are two full baths, one in the hall and one in the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest room has 2 twin beds.
Back opens to the canal and broad marsh view, savor time fishing off the deck. The beach access at the Beach Club is a short walk, just across the street. Close distance to tennis courts, food court, pool, bars, and more.
We are glad to provide golf cart rental companies contact information, but we do not have a golf cart or guest cards.
Amenity cards are not available with the villa. They can not even be purchased additionally. Amenity cards are required to access Fripp's pools, golf courses, eateries, tennis courts, and food court. However, you can still access the beach and shop at Spring Tide Market & Deli, the Marina Deli, and Mango's Gift Shop without the amenities cards. We highly recommend stopping at Publix, Food Lion, or Walmart on Sea Island Parkway to get groceries and food before heading to the island. Fripp Island is really secluded and private so going "into town" for groceries will be at least a 20 min. drive. There are eateries along Sea Island Parkway.

Strategies to get the best Beaufort, SC rental experience:
When to go & When to reserve a Beaufort, SC rental home:
- To get the largest rental home for your budget, we suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Beaufort, SC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.
- Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
- Look for your local Beaufort, SC visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guides contain offers and deals for local accommodations, tours and attractions.
Finding the best vacation rental in the Beaufort, SC area:

- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking
- Some rental properties allow pets, and others do not. Allowable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the owner about allowable breeds and types before booking.
Some things to know before you go:
- Add the owner's contact information to your smartphone. Take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- To make sure damages are not attributed to your visit, make a record of any problem areas when you arrive. Contact the rental manager immediately to document any issues. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, television set or WIFI setup. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents lots of concerns.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud visitors disrupting your peaceful home. Apply the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would have not otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Keep your rental home locked while you are out! Don't let thieves ruin your trip.
- Just before checking out, complete a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good reviews to stimulate new reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
