Step into this oceanfront home and appreciate striking ocean vistas from the upstairs living room, master bedroom, screened porch, deck, kitchen, and dining areas! Located in a relaxing Fripp Island neighborhood, this getaway is just mins. from the Beach Club pools, tennis courts, exercise center, and eateries. A new boardwalk provides simple access to a wide, pristine beach, ideal for swimming, walking, shelling, and birdwatching.

Designed for family gatherings and accommodating multiple families while maintaining privacy, this home has earned glowing reviews from renters who call it the "happiest and most comfortable beach home we've ever stayed in." Known as the "Happy House," it features two ocean-facing decks and a screened porch for outdoor relaxation and dining.

The upper level open-concept living, dining and kitchen is roomy and has plenty of seating for your entire group.  The refreshed kitchen is entirely equipped with everything you might need for cooking and dining. The entire home has been freshly painted and decorated in cheerful colors. Your rental includes complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV in both living rooms, a DVR upstairs, VCR downstairs, a fireplace, a Weber grille, a propane grille, an outdoor shower, and beach towels for your convenience.

Also on the upper level you’ll find the primary bedroom with a king bed and full ensuite.  You will adore the ocean vistas and deck access.  The deck is the ideal spot for sunbathing or an afternoon nap in the hammock.  The screened in porch is ideal for morning coffee or dining alfresco.

Also on the upper level is a second guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full ensuite.

The garden level features a second enormous living room with a TV, DVD player, and VCR, along with three daybeds (plus a trundle) and a half bath. Two king bedrooms share a freshly remodeled bathroom and open onto a private patio with vistas of the dunes leading to the ocean.

A 4-seat golf cart is supplied (excluding monthly units), accepting you to discover the island and savor the resort amenities. Many guests choose to park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their main mode of transportation for a laid-back island experience.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
