It’s ideal for smaller groups with well behaved dogs who want an oceanfront location, without the condo hordes. Luxuriously appointed, with thoughtful touches, this gem will be a place to make memories year after year.

This home has been designed to bring the outside in, with a relaxing color palate and beautiful vistas from nearly everywhere you stand. Upstairs bedroom 1 (king bed), and bedroom 2 (2 queens) each have ensuite baths and private entrances onto the deck. The kitchen has been completely refreshed with all new cabinets, high end appliances, and quartz countertops. The great room and dining room are luxuriously furnished and ideal for entertaining. The comfortable, private downstairs suite (1king), accessible from the outside only, has its own mini refrigerator and coffee maker. There are 2 high end fold away twin beds in the upstairs closet - ideal for kids. High speed internet is accessible throughout the property, and each living space is equipped with new intelligent TVs.

FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Fripp Island Resort has an Amenity Guest Passes policy. Guest cards are available for an additional charge giving renters full access to all Fripp Island facilities. Cards cost $55 per person per week Memorial Day through Labor Day and $39 per person per week the rest of the year. Kids 13 and up must have their own card. In order to go to the Island eateries all members of the event must have a guest card unless under 13.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
