Please read as there are a few recommendations for the home:
1. Please make sure the refrigerator door is closed after opening. It takes a bit of force to close.
2. To open the garage, come in the home first and press the middle of the up and down button on the garage opener. Please close it from the inside as well. You can come in through the back or from upstairs.
3. The right side of the garage is lower to the ground so if you have a tall car park in the left side.
4. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE ROAD OR IN THE NEIGHBORS YARD ACROSS THE STREET. If you have too many cars to fit in the garage and driveway, park at the golf course as it is only a 2-min. walk from the home! (Get a pass to park at the golf course in the pro shop)
5. Make sure to keep trash enclosure closed after depositing trash.

Finding the best Beaufort, SC vacation home experience:
Cost saving strategies:
- The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
- Summer is high season in the Beaufort, SC area. To get the best vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Beaufort, SC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
- Look for your local Beaufort, SC visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitor guides contain discounts for local restaurants, attractions, and tours.
