Please read as there are a few recommendations for the home:
1. Please make sure the refrigerator door is closed after opening. It takes a bit of force to close.
2. To open the garage, come in the home first and press the middle of the up and down button on the garage opener. Please close it from the inside as well. You can come in through the back or from upstairs.
3. The right side of the garage is lower to the ground so if you have a tall car park in the left side.
4. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE ROAD OR IN THE NEIGHBORS YARD ACROSS THE STREET. If you have too many cars to fit in the garage and driveway, park at the golf course as it is only a 2-min. walk from the home! (Get a pass to park at the golf course in the pro shop)
5. Make sure to keep trash enclosure closed after depositing trash.

- Property management companies usually offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
