Step into this handsome beachfront home and get ready for the vacation of your dreams.  Overlooking the Atlantic, the enormous, screened porch and open decks offer great vistas and cool ocean breezes.
The open concept living area includes a comfortable living room with plenty of seating, and a huge dining area with room for the whole family to savor “home-cooked” meals.  Additional seating can be found at the kitchen island.  And the kitchen has everything you need to create fast snacks for the beach or a special occasion dinner.
This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has room for up to 10 guests.  The King primary ensuite has deck access and overlooks the dunes and ocean.  Another guest room offers water vistas with a queen and twin.  Bedroom #3 is another king ensuite and bedroom #4 has 2 double beds.
Your stay includes 5 adult bicycles, corn hole boards and a basketball goal.  Great for family outdoor fun.  Inside this comfortably and gorgeously designed home you’ll find books and games; there’s something for everybody.
The beach access/boardwalk is located just one home over and you can reach it from both the front of the home or off the back deck. It’s roughly a 0.30 mile walk to the beach.
FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
A golf cart is supplied with your stay and is a great way to get to all the island amenities and tootle around appreciating the wildlife and natural beauty on Fripp Island.  Club cards are available and are used to appreciate Resort pools, dining, tennis, and golf.  Kids will adore the Activity Center and Camp Fripp during the summer.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities, and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an e-mail with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.

  • Summer is high season in Fripp Island. To find the most suitable rental within your budget, we suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Beaufort, SC restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
