Savor an striking island hideaway in this huge 3,000 sq ft Lowcountry home.  A brand new build just finished in January, the owners have been meticulous with all details to provide a phenomenal vacation experience!  

Step inside this handsome home, with plenty of room for your friends and family.  Furnished with bespoke, hand-painted coastal decor furnishings in every room, this property offers an open concept design with a sizable living room and access to the back deck with fire pit and seating.  The vaulted ceilings and sizable wall of windows provide an open, airy feeling.  Stretch out and relax and appreciate family movie nighttime or cozying up with your favorite book.

The well-appointed gourmet kitchen offers everything you need to prepare fast snacks and special occasion meals including 5-burner gas range constructed into the island with pop-up lighted Cattura downdraft, and double wall oven with optional microwave.   Use the kitchen's Le Crouset cookware to prepare on the all brand new stainless steel appliances.  The owner is a gourmet chef and has gone to great lengths to provide you with a top notch cooking experience! You’ll find a Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, keurig, toaster, blender, food processor, pantry and more.  It’s really home away from home.  A huge screened in porch can be accessed from the kitchen or the rear patio, and has calming furnishings and a T.V..  The wet bar area with it's own ice maker and drink refrigerator is a great way to wind down your evening while crafting beverages.  Use the ice maker to fill your cooler for a sunny day at the beach! The impressive solid wood dining table is huge enough to seat 12 and there are plenty of additional dining tables scattered throughout the home to accommodate. After dinner, sit around the gas firepit on the broad rear porch while watching the nighttime time stars. Or savor morning coffee on any of the other 3 porches. 

The 5 bedrooms on two levels are all ensuite guest rooms, and can accommodate 12 people.  On the first floor, you’ll find the primary King suite which offers enchanting décor and a full bath with enormous soaking tub, double vanity and a large walk-in shower.  Also on the first floor is a guest room with a queen bed, and a full ensuite bath.  

On the second floor, there is another King ensuite along with a guest room with 2 twins, and a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds.  Each of these guest rooms includes a full ensuite bath. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV and ceiling fan with remote.  

Appreciate exploring Fripp, with its extraordinary wildlife and fun activities, in the supplied 6-person electric golf cart.  Club cards are available for purchase to enjoy dining and other resort amenities. Rinse off at the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. 

This property is dog friendly up to 2 dogs, no cats allowed. 

FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. 

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
