Charming Charleston Style Beach Cottage with Ocean Vistas and Four Verandas. Savor the vistas of the ocean and Pritchards Island. The home is located on the southern most tip of Fripp Island on a peaceful cul-de-sac. Walk to Cabana Club Pool, fishing pier, Animal Sanctuary, and Kids Club.
Updates throughout the entire home include new kitchen, baths, floor, furnishings and beds. The first floor features a kitchen and living room open concept with french doors to screened-in porch. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and twin daybed with refreshed bath and private veranda. The second floor offers a enormous bedroom with two queen beds and veranda, laundry room and primary bedroom with king size bed, updated bath with huge soaking tub. The primary bedroom offers a private veranda with elegant vistas of the Ocean and Pritchards Island.
FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Amenity Club Cards are available for purchase that will give you access to all Eateries, Pools, Gym, Golfing and Tennis. Golf Carts are the main means of transportation on the island and one will be included with your stay.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.
