The first floor of this residence features four roomy bedrooms, each accompanied by its own en-suite bath, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The master suite stands out with a enormous walk-in closet and a opulent en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and hottub tub. Double doors open to a porch that wraps around the home and offers steps down to the backyard.

The waterfront yard is a serene getaway surrounded by mature foliage and is equipped with a finished dock, ideal for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, or mooring your boat. At roughly 2 feet deep during low tides, this waterfront heaven provides swift access to the ocean, catering to water enthusiasts.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and drink options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart units available.
